Operations and Document Control Program Manager
Courtenay has more than 20 years of consulting experience spanning technology and business strategy, operations, program management, user experience research and design, and marketing in the high tech, transportation, health care, language services, and localization industries. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and gives back to the community by coaching early career and aspiring project managers.
As a writer and content strategist, Courtenay cares deeply about quality control and linguistic integrity. She is passionate about social and environmental justice, accessibility, and sustainability and actively volunteers with local non-profits such as the Washington Trails Association and the Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group. As an advocate for human-centered design (HCD), she loves collaborating cross-functionally with users and stakeholders on the design of systems, content, services, and experiences intended to make things easier and positively impact human lives. Courtenay is also fluent in French with some proficiency in Spanish.

- MS in Human Centered Design and Engineering from University of Washington.
- BA in French Language and Literature for Secondary Education from Eastern Michigan University; minor in Spanish Language and Literature.
- Certificate in French Language and Civilization from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) Lyon.
