Owner and Principal
As the owner and Principal of Dossier Seattle LLC, Karla continuously works hands-on with our customers in all capacities needed to ensure success of the project with regard to Document Management. She often performs in the roles of Document Control Administrator for all phases of document management, Senior Technical Editor for high-level contracts and requirements documentation, and Deliverables and Logistics Specialist to ensure all contract requirements are met. Karla works very closely with the project management team, project engineers and task leads to ensure documentation and delivery excellence, successful quality audits, and the best possible working relationship.

Document Control Specialist
Darlene worked for the U.S. federal government for 29 years, progressing her career through various promotions and retiring as a department manager. She worked for various agencies, including the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Air Marshals, and Department of Interior. She made an impact as a senior manager providing guidance on various administrative programs as well as managing human capital and resources. In 2021, Darlene decided to exit retirement and return to work. She secured a position in records management, then advanced her career to document control management and regular collaboration with project managers and engineers.

Teresa has over 30 years of experience in records and information management, document control, quality control, and technical writing and editing, including experience in graphic and form design. The majority of her career has been in contract consulting where she worked directly with clients to create systems, maintain and improve existing ones, solve problems, and ensure all requirements are met.
KAREN CRNICH
Document Control Specialist
Karen is an enthusiastic professional with 30 years of experience providing administrative support, managing and maintaining all aspects of the document lifecycle process. She is skilled in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of organizational documents, and managing and assisting with the development, release, and change process of controlled documents. An experienced SharePoint administrator, she has managed many migrations and has expertise in conducting quality assurance audits on all documents, files, databases, and file storage systems.

Courtenay has more than 20 years of consulting experience spanning technology and business strategy, operations, program management, user experience research and design, and marketing in the high tech, transportation, healthcare, language services, and localization industries. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and gives back to the community by coaching early career and aspiring project managers.
