My name is Maya Flory-Barnes Salas.

I am happy to be Dossier’s first Intern! I just recently graduated from Rainer Beach High School and plan to attend Seattle Central College this fall. When I am not working at my internship, I enjoy going to concerts, spending time with friends, and going to the movies. I am a big foodie and love all things artistic and creative. I am so excited to be welcomed into the Dossier team for the summer!

Helping people make their lives easier and happier is one of my greatest sources of joy.

Karla Butler has been a very close friend of my family for a while now, and when she heard that I had yet to decide between Political Science and Business Management as my major, she had the wonderful idea of bringing me on as an intern. Now that I’m here, I’m so eager to get a better understanding of the business, transportation, and engineering world.

My biggest passion for life is helping others. I have strong values of community and kindness. Helping people make their lives easier and happier is one of my greatest sources of joy. I hope to one day help many others by starting my own non-profit organization for people in need of assistance getting back on their feet.

I am excited for this next chapter of life, hoping to learn and get a better grasp of all that goes into running a business. I also hope to grow and help Dossier as much as I can along the way!
