Meet Courtenay
I am an English and French-speaking Operations Program Manager, UX Researcher, and Content Strategist with a penchant for learning and sustainability. My professional background includes 20 years of experience spanning business and technology consulting in project management and operations, user experience (UX) including content strategy, digital marketing, and language services and localization. On the services side, I’ve partnered with startups, small and medium-sized consultancies, academic and research institutions, and large corporations consulting with customers across the Big Tech, MedTech, Healthcare, state and local government, and nonprofit sectors.

To broaden and deepen my knowledge of climate challenges, solutions, and levers, I recently completed the 12-week Climatebase Fellowship to better understand how to meaningfully preserve and protect our environment. I also have a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in French for Secondary Education from Eastern Michigan University. I’m so excited to join the Dossier team as their new Operations and Document Control Program Manager!

In my free time, I love getting outside to volunteer locally for the Washington Trails Association (WTA), the Washington CoastSavers, and the Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group. I have a passion for travel, culture, the environment, tech for social good, and the arts.
