Project overview:
WSDOT established a tolling system to generate revenue for future improvements and implemented tolling on the SR 520 Bridge, Tacoma Narrow Bridge, SR 167 HOT Lanes, I-405 Express Toll Lanes, and the SR 99 Tunnel. Dossier Seattle set up a document control system for each of the projects to maintain draft and final records of project deliverables.
Ongoing work includes replacing roadside systems and updating the toll booth systems for the Tacoma Narrows Bridge Roadside Toll System Reprocurement, I-405 Renton to Bellevue, SR 509, 520 and SR 167.
SKILLS Demonstrated:
Utilizing SharePoint and numerous productivity tools, managed and processed a large volume of incoming documents daily, reviewing each one to ensure information accuracy. Advised project managers and engineers of document availability. Maintained a submittal matrix to track the status of all documents and communicated regularly with contractors.
MILESTONES:
Supported construction and tolling in concert with the General Tolling Consultant (GTC). Created a program-wide submittal matrix to track all documentation, deliverables, correspondence, and reference files. Communicated deliverable status and review timeframes to keep the team aligned and on schedule.
