Teresa has over 30 years of experience in records and information management, document control, quality control, and technical writing and editing, including experience in graphic and form design. The majority of her career has been in contract consulting where she worked directly with clients to create systems, maintain and improve existing ones, solve problems, and ensure all requirements are met.

Teresa has worked with all levels of staff throughout entire organizations, including government entities, nuclear and water utilities, mega construction projects, and manufacturing industries. Furthermore, she has made an impact in numerous successful business process improvement projects involving cost reduction, increased efficiency, and boosting morale, two of which saved the U.S. Department of Energy over $500K annually.
