Teneille brings a thoughtful and organized approach to document control, managing and organizing project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across all phases of a project. She is easy to work with and has extensive experience improving cross-departmental coordination and collaboration.
Known for her reliability and calm demeanor, Teneille communicates effectively and adapts quickly to evolving project needs. She enjoys working alongside teams to create structure, solve problems, and contribute to efficient project delivery. She supports teams by maintaining clear systems, improving workflows, and ensuring that critical information is easy to navigate and use.

TENEILLE TIERCE
Prior to joining Dossier, Teneille’s expertise included operations and systems management, project management, and content management in the design industry. She transitioned into the transportation industry in January 2026 when she joined Dossier as a Document Control Specialist, gaining transit agency experience while working on Sound Transit’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) BT 305 construction project. Teneille was recently promoted to an Office Engineer role on the BT 305 team, and we are so excited to see what she does next!
Outside of work, Teneille enjoys staying active through hot yoga and dance, attending live music events, volunteering at a contemporary arts theater, and traveling whenever possible.
